Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of any of these elements, by any process and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Practech. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement punishable under Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021.

The "Practech" word and figurative mark and its variations are protected in Switzerland (IPI); their registration with the UAE Ministry of Economy is in progress.
